Floors: basement, ground floor and 1 upper floor.
This is a house for one family. Villa includes reception hall and kitchen at the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and one generous master bedroom at 1st floor, sauna, pool, gym and technical rooms at the basement.
There are a pound with waterfall in the yard, an outdoor pool with view to the basement from a window located under the water level and a small pool and garden on the roof.
The garden includes artificial hills, pound and waterfall, vegetable garden, trees and greenhouse.
