Bayer Office in Tehran
Bayer office in Tehran (completion 2015) – in collaboration with Habibeh Madjdabadi
Area: 1000 m2
Interior design and supervision project (including electrical, mechanical and lighting design).
The layout was based on the Client requirements: mix of dedicated offices and open space. Client asked for clear orientation through the various departments of the office. We used different color for each functional space and created visible signage for each area. Also, the lighting design was In relation to the functional requirements. In our low budget design, we considered safety, comfort and ergonomic aspects and improve the fresh air supply. Part of the furniture has been designed at our office.
